We are a growing global community (or kula in Sanskrit) of prenatal yoga teachers, birth and mom support people, and mamas who believe that this potent time in our lives provides an opportunity to awaken to our authentic, divine Selves.

To support you on your journey, we offer Prenatal Yoga and Mom + Baby Yoga in many neighborhoods in Los Angeles and Orange County (and hopefully soon wherever you are!), so mamas can enjoy yoga and community close to their homes.

We teach classes in comfortable, non-yoga studio locations in Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, and Costa Mesa, where you’ll access deep inner strength, ease of movement, relief from pain and discomforts and a community of mamas and caring practitioners.

We also have tons of free downloadable info above (above under “info”) for pregnant women, moms and women who want to be, as well as Vital Wellness coaching programs for wherever you are in your journey – trying to have a baby, pregnant, or a new mama.

I created a FREE Prenatal Do’s and Don’ts eBook, as well as an easy, step-by-step recipe book to get more raw and whole foods into your busy day called 10 Recipes I Wouldn’t Want to Be a Mom Without.

The syllable “Ma” in “Ma Yoga” refers to the creative energy that flows through the universe, the divine feminine, or nature in all its power and wisdom.

This nourishing and deeply intelligent element of our being is there for us to tap into its flow, so we can learn to nurture ourselves into being the Divine Ma we want to be – and uplift our children, our families, and our communities.

To try a FREE prenatal yoga class in the Los Angeles (including Pasadena, Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks) and Orange County areas, just go up to Classes/Locations to check out our locations, schedules and directions.  For info about pricing, go up to Classes/Prices.  We do everything online in order to keep our prices down, so you can learn, buy classes, and book classes all with our feet up on your couch.
